Why the Vine

Noble Vine takes its name from Jeremiah 2:21, where a people is described as having been planted “a noble vine, wholly a right seed.” The verse is not decoration for us. It is the founding claim: that a thing planted well, from the right seed, is meant to grow into something noble.

A vine is not impressive in a day. It is impressive in a decade. It survives winters, gets cut back, and returns stronger, because its roots hold. That is the posture of this house. We are not chasing a season. We are planting something meant to outlast us.

So the mark on our garments is not a mascot. It is a reminder. The letter and the branch grow out of each other because identity and discipline are not separate things. One is the root, the other is the fruit.
