Privacy Notice
Noble Vine Clothing LLC (“Noble Vine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses this page to collect email addresses from people who want Collection 001 updates and launch announcements.
Information we collect
When you join the prelaunch list, we collect:
- the email address you enter;
- the date and time of your submission;
- the page and form used to submit it;
- the consent wording and consent version shown when you joined; and
- limited technical information used to secure the form and prevent abuse.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile may process limited device and network signals for that security purpose. Noble Vine does not receive your communications, form entries, or other page inputs from Turnstile. For rate limiting, Noble Vine processes a protected hash derived from network information; the signup database does not store a raw IP address with your signup record.
How we use the information
We use the information to:
- maintain the Noble Vine prelaunch list;
- send Collection 001 updates and launch announcements after our email system is activated;
- record and honor unsubscribe or removal requests; and
- protect the form, investigate abuse, and maintain system security.
Joining the list does not create a customer account and does not trigger an immediate confirmation email. Every marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
How we share the information
We do not sell or rent the prelaunch list. We use service providers, including Cloudflare, to host and protect the signup system and store the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, or investigate misuse of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep signup information while the prelaunch list is active and for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. If you opt out or ask to be removed, we keep a limited suppression record, which may include your email address, so that we can honor your request and avoid adding the address again. We may retain limited records longer when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or remove your signup information, or withdraw your permission to receive updates, by emailing hello@noblevineclothing.com from the address you used to join. We will take reasonable steps to verify and complete the request.
Children’s privacy
The prelaunch list is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted an address, contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices or service providers change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
